Mumbai real estate market reported 12,600 property registrations during the festive season of Navratri and Diwali 2023. The festive season of 2023 reported a 30 percent surge in property registrations compared to 2022, according to analysis done by Knight Frank India, a real estate consultancy firm.
According to the data, from October 15 to November 15 until Bhai Dooj 2023, Mumbai reported 12,600 property registrations and revenue generated from property registrations during this period exceeded Rs 1,257 crores, Knight Frank India report added.
In 2022, during the festive season 9,659 property registrations were reported. The daily average registration rate climbed from 322 to 407 units, the report added.
